UNEARTHED & UNTOLD Filmmaker Shares Never-Before-Seen Pics of Stephen King on Set of PET SEMATARY

Filmmaker/documentarian John Campopiano released Unearthed & Untold: The Path to Pet Sematary in 2017. It’s a deep-dive into Mary Lambert’s 1989 adaptation of Stephen King’s terrifying novel. Check out the trailer and synopsis below.

Synopsis:
Chronicling the origins and legacy of Stephen King’s bestselling horror book and film.

Over the weekend, Campopiano shared never-before-seen picture from the set of Pet Sematary on his Facebook page:

“A beautiful soul in Maine saw our documentary and sent me a letter. ‘Here are some pictures I took of Stephen King on set. You should have them.’ I’m consistently moved by the kindness and openness of Mainers. I’m also happy that people are still finding our documentary. These are a few of the photos he sent showing Steve investigating the set for Jud Crandall’s house. An archivist’s work is never done.”

Campopiano is also the writer/director of Pennywise: The Story of It (currently in post-production) and a producer on the upcoming documentary ICON: The Robert Englund Story.
