Kevin Smith & Netflix’s MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE Will Be GAME OF THRONES Minus Nudity & Dragons
While most films and TV shows have been delayed by the Coronavirus, Kevin Smith and Netflix’s animated Masters of the Universe: Revelation is still on track to hit next year. And today Smith tells ComicBook.com that it will be like Game of Thrones … minus the nudity and dragons.
Smith says: “That was part of the thrill of being able to do this job. Being handed a world full of IP like Mattel’s Masters of the Universe line and then being able to go hog wild, and telling a grown-up story. I don’t mean a grown-up story like this ain’t for kids… [They] gave us license to create a Game of Thrones version of Masters of the Universe minus the nudity and dragons.”
Whatever. Works for me!
