Hamill talked a bit about the role with EW, saying: “One of the real challenges of working with Matt was trying to keep a straight face when he would improvise. Each line he said was more obscene and profane than the next. Mark Hamill the actor found that hilarious but my character does not. I had to work really hard to try and stay in character the best I could. It was such a great experience and I feel very satisfied with having done it once. But who knows? Never say never.”
The series airs on FX Wednesdays. Hamill’s episode “On the Run” premieres May 13th. Will you be tuning in? Let us know in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram!
Based on the film of the same name, the show is a documentary-style look into the daily (or rather, nightly) lives of four vampires who’ve “lived” together for hundreds of years in Staten Island. After an unexpected visit from their dark lord, the vampires are reminded of what they were initially tasked with upon their arrival in New York City over a century ago — total and complete domination of the New World. But what exactly is the best way to go about achieving said domination? A camera crew follows the vampires who set out to answer this query.
