Is it possible for the cast of Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho to get even more impressive? Apparently it is. Read on to find out just who’s next and whom he’ll be portraying!
According to Variety, “CSI” star Wallace Langham (pictured right) is in talks to play Saul Bass in Sacha Gervasi’s Fox Searchlight pic Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of Psycho.
Written by John McLaughlin, the story chronicles the struggles faced by the iconic helmer and his wife, Alma Reville, during the making of horror classic Psycho. Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren star alongside Scarlett Johansson, Jessica Biel and James D’Arcy as well as Toni Collette, Danny Huston, Michael Stuhlbarg and Michael Wincott.
Bass designed the main titles and handled the storyboards for Psycho and many of Hitchcock’s other films despite famously clashing with the headstrong helmer.
Ivan Reitman, Joe Medjuck and Tom Pollack are producing Hitchcock through their Montecito Picture Co. along with Tom Thayer.
