HBO Max Developing DUEL Meets SONS OF ANARCHY Movie From Stephen King & Joe Hill
HBO Max is developing a movie based on Stephen King (The Stand, The Shining) and Joe Hill (NOS4A2, Locke & Key) Duel meets Sons of Anarchy novella Trottle.
Leigh Dana Jackson (Raising Dion) will pen the script, which David S. Goyer (Blade) and Keith Levine (Antlers, The Night House, The Tomorrow War) will produce.

Throttle AKA Road Rage tells the tale of a father and son led biker gang who get terrorized by a big rig truck on an isolated stretch of the American desert.
The novella was first published in February 2009 in a limited edition anthology He Is Legend honoring Richard Matheson and in an audiobook titled Road Rage, which also containing Matheson’s Duel. A comic book adaptation was published in the spring of 2012 adapted by Chris Ryall with art by Nelson Daniel and Rafa Garres.
