A week or so ago, Bad Boys For Life directors Adil El Arbi & Bilall Fallah teased that they’d love to helm Marvel’s upcoming Blade reboot starring Mahershala Ali.

It centered on, you guessed it, Blade, a half-mortal, half-immortal out to avenge his mother’s death and rid the world of vampires. The modern-day technologically advanced vampires he is going after are in search of his special blood type needed to summon an evil god in their plan to execute the human race.
