After some exciting debut episodes which ran last Halloween, the creators of the online series Chopper began grinding out new chapters of the show this past Friday the 13th and plan on dropping six more segments between now and the end of the month.
Chopper is written, produced and directed by JC Christofilis and stars horror heavies Tyler Mane and Andrew Bryniarski in a twisted loose retelling of the Sleepy Hollow legend. Sum it up? Easy: big bad boys and a bloody blade. That about does it.
We’ve got the first three episodes below, and six more will be available by the end of the month. For future episodes visit the official Chopper YouTube channel, “like” Chopper on Facebook and follow Chopper on Twitter (@ChopperLives).
From the Press Release
Dilemma, a Los Angeles based branded entertainment and marketing communications agency, resurrected Season 1 of the online horror series Chopper this past Friday the 13th weekend after a successful batch of teaser episodes released last Halloween compelled the producers to retool the show with more episodes, more characters, more VFX and more music. International fright icons Tyler Mane and Andrew Bryniarski will be joined by rising stars Tim Phillipps (The CW’s “The Secret Circle”), Quinn Dahle (“Conan O’Brien”) and others as six new episodes continue to roll out via the project’s YouTube Channel through late April.
The series also features music and cameos from Revolver Magazine Golde Gods nominees and metal legends Ministry and Machine Head as well as other rocking bands including Unearth, Attika7, Underoath, The Slow Forward, Straight Line Stitch and more. Storylines revolve around a headless outlaw biker seeking vengeance in the afterlife by killing mortal sinners.
