Full Moon Features continue their iconic Puppet Master series with the first-ever standalone feature film centered around its most beloved character, the homicidal hook-handed puppet assassin Blade! Sick science, punishing puppets, clairvoyant crusaders, and a legion of fascist zombies combine in, Blade: The Iron Cross. The film will make its worldwide debut exclusively on the Full Moon Features channel and app on June 26th, 2020.
Today, Dread Central is thrilled to share an exclusive clip from Blade: The Iron Cross! Give it a spin below the trailer and synopsis!
Synopsis:
The film follows Dr. Hauser (Roy Abramsohn, Escape From Tomorrow), the Third Reich’s maddest scientist, as he rises again with murder and mayhem on his mind. As the deranged Nazi doctor’s perverse plot is revealed, psychic journalist Elisa Ivanov (Tania Fox, Art of the Dead) awakens her own angel of death in Blade, and together, maiden and marionette get set to hammer the evil Hauser back into hell where he belongs.
“The Puppet Master films are pivotal in the Full Moon Features legacy,” said Full Moon Features CEO, Charles Band. “Not only are they favorites among our fans, but they remain the most successful direct-to-video movie franchise in history and they have always been a joy for us to create. Especially during this uncertain time, we couldn’t be more thrilled to give our fans the standalone Blade feature they have been waiting for.”
This news follows the company’s debut of Barbie & Kendra Save the Tiger King. Having premiered exclusively on the Full Moon Features channel and app, Barbie & Kendra Save the Tiger King stars John Reinke, the beloved bionic zookeeper and righthand man to Joe Exotic from the Netflix smash docu-series, Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness, alongside Leslie Jordan (Will and Grace) who lends his voice to the feature.
Blade: The Iron Cross will be released exclusively on www.fullmoonfeatures.com.
