First Look: TREMORS 7 with Richard Brake & Jon Heder Hits This Halloween

Later this year, Richard Brake (31, 3 From Hell) join forces with Jon Heder (Napoleon Dynamite) and Michael Gross to take on those pesky Graboids in the seventh entry in the Tremors series, Tremors: Island Fury.

And today, Gross posted: “It’s been a long time since I’ve hosted a Tremors Tuesday, and because Official Tremors Franchise Fans have been extraordinarily patient, here’s a sneak peek of Burt Gummer as we first see him in Universal Studios Hollywood’s Tremors 7, this October.”

Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell director Don Michael Paul returns to helm Tremors 7 from a script by Brian Brightly. The new film sees the return of the deadly Graboids, but this time they are illegally brought in to a new island resort by a rich playboy looking for a trophy hunt.

Gross said earlier this year: “[It’s] anticipated to come out in October, around Halloween of this year. As far as I know, it’s not been pushed back, since the editing process is something that doesn’t necessarily need a full studio to work on. Universal is by and large shutdown, all its theme parks, its movie, and television production are down and out right now, but I think this post-production is still continuing.”

Tremors 7 also stars Caroline Langrishe, Jackie Cruz, Cassie Clare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Matthew Douglas, Randy Kalsi, Bear Williams, David Asavanond, Boonma Lamphon, Aukrawut Rojaunawat, and Mikey Black. Jamie Kennedy (Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell) will not return.
