ARE YOU AFRAID OF THE DARK? Revival Hits DVD with 3 Episodes of Original Series in August

Nickelodeon’s three-part limited series revival of the ‘90s kid horror anthology series Are You Afraid of the Dark? hits DVD August 11th.

Better yet, it includes three fan-favorite episodes from the original series:

  • The Tale of Laughing in the Dark
  • The Tale of the Ghastly Grinner
  • The Tale of the Dead Man’s Float

The new members of the Midnight Society are Lyliana Wray, Sam Ashe Arnold, Miya Cech, Tamara Smart, and Jeremy Taylor.

The series tells the tale of the Carnival of Doom and its evil ringmaster, Mr. Top Hat, only to witness the shocking story come frightfully to life and prepare for an adventure beyond their wildest nightmares.

Rafael Casal plays Mr. Tophat.

Dean Israelite (Power Rangers, Project Almanac) helmed the revival from scripts penned by Ben-David Grabinski (Skiptrace). They serve as executive producers with original creators D.J. MacHale and Ned Kandel.
