Stephen King Praises VIVARIUM With Imogen Poots & Jesse Eisenberg

Looking for something to watch? Well, The Shining author Stephen King thinks you should check out Lorcan Finnegan’s sci-fi psychological fright flick Vivarium with Imogen Poots and Jesse Eisenberg.

He writes: “VIVARIUM (Hulu) blew me away. Rich and strange. If you love it, thank me. If you hate it, don’t blame me.”

Check out his post below.

Rated R for language and some sexuality/nudity, the flick centers on a couple who travel to a suburban neighborhood in which all the houses look identical, hoping to find the perfect place to live. But when they try to leave the labyrinth-like development, each road mysteriously takes them back to where they started.

The film sports a 72% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Vivarium may confound almost as often as it intrigues, but this well-acted sci-fi/horror hybrid has interesting ideas — and explores them with style.
