GRIMMFEST 2020 Exclusive Poster Art Reveal + Full Festival Line-Up To Be Announced Friday!

Grimmfest’s live event at the Odeon Great in Northern, Manchester, will be postponed until spring 2021. But fear not, a new online alternative “virtual festival” will run from October 7th through 11th, 2020, and will feature an exciting array of feature film premieres, shorts programs, Q&As, talks, and much more.

A full festival line-up will be announced this Friday (August 14th) and today, Dread Central is thrilled to exclusively debut the poster art for 2020. Feast your eyes below!

Festival director Simeon Halligan tells us:

“This is the first look at the artwork for our Grimmfest – online edition. Designed by regular Grimmfest artist Ilan Sheady (Uncle Frank productions). It features our regular character who is a riff on the Grim Reaper. He has generally appeared in all our Grimmfest posters over the years, in one form or another. And of course this time he’s coming at ya from a laptop and phone rather than the big screen!

“We thank our sponsors: Horror Channel, Arrow, Zavvi and the BFI for supporting our first online edition.”

Check back Friday for the full festival line-up.
