BATMAN: THE LONG HALLOWEEN 2-Part Animated Movie Coming in 2021
Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale’s Batman: The Long Halloween is one of the most popular comic books ever. And today we hear that a 2-part animated movie is in the works.
Part one hits Summer 2021 and Part two hits in fall 2021.

Written by Jeph Loeb with art by Tim Sale, Batman: The Long Halloween is a 13-issue limited series that was originally published in 1996 and 1997.
It takes place during Batman’s early days of crime-fighting and tells the tale of a mysterious killer named Holiday, who murders people on holidays, one each month. Working with District Attorney Harvey Dent and Captain James Gordon, Batman races against the calendar as he tries to discover who Holiday is before he claims his next victim. Enemies such as Two-Face, Scarecrow, the Joker, Mad Hatter, Poison Ivy, the Riddler, and Calendar Man and more make appearances.
