THE RENAL Hits Blu-ray & DVD This December
Scream Factory will release Dave Franco’s The Rental with Dan Stevens, Alison Brie, Sheila Vand, and Toby Huss on Blu-ray and DVD on December 1st.

Two couples on an oceanside getaway grow suspicious that the host of their seemingly perfect rental house may be spying on them. Before long, what should have been a celebratory weekend trip turns into something far more sinister.
Franco produced the film and co-wrote the screenplay with Joe Swanberg, based on a story by the pair and Mike Demski. Rated R for violence, language throughout, drug use, and some sexuality, the horror-thriller is currently available on VOD.
The film sports a 75% rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Some tricky genre juggling makes The Rental a bit of a fixer-upper, but effective chills and a solid cast make this a fine destination for horror fans.
