From across the pond, the British horror troupe Bloody Cuts is about to rise up again to bring us another horrific short. This will be the fifth installment of the 13 planned offerings of the Bloody Cuts anthology.

The first episode was good, and they’ve gotten progressively better each time. On June 16, at midnight, they bring us Suckablood!

If you aren’t familiar with Bloody Cuts, drop whatever the hell you might be doing right now and head over to BloodyCuts.co.uk (crazy Brits and their nutty website addresses!) and check out the past films, Lock Up, Stitches (what a nightmare this one is!), Prey and Mother Died as you wait for the June 16 release of Suckablood! Ooo, it’s so good!

From the Press Release
Midnight on 16th of June – Suckablood Comes…

You’ve waited so long for our new horror short; we hope you all shudder at the merest thought. But worry not, dear viewer – because soon… The Suckablood strikes on Saturday 16th of June.

Bloody Cuts are a team of talented young film-makers based in the UK, dedicated to producing a low-budget anthology of 13 short horror films. We’re pleased to announce the release of ‘Suckablood’, the fifth film in the anthology.

Suckablood is a dark, gothic bed-time story with a horror twist directed by Ben Tillett and Jake Cuddihy, winners of the 2011 SCI-FI-LONDON 48 hour Film Challenge for their short The Intention of Miles.

Sponsors Neill Gorton and Millennium FX have previously provided the special make-up and FX seen in Prey and Mother Died and have once again brought our nightmares to life with a horrific creation for Suckablood. Bloody Cuts are an ever growing team of young, passionate film makers and we trust our new film is a worthy follow-up to Mother Died. We’ve broadened our horizons and raised our ambitions with Suckablood being filmed on location at Middleton Towers, Norfolk – a period house perfect for our atmospheric and terrifying tale. ‘Suckablood’ can be viewed on our site (BloodyCuts.co.uk) or on our YouTube Channel from Saturday 16th of June. We hope you enjoying watching it as much as we enjoyed creating it.

And should you feel anxious or nervous in the dark days leading to its release, please – under no circumstances – should you suck your thumb…

Ket tells Kim about the highly requested and truly terrifying Smile 2. This left Ketryn truly shooketh and gave The Substance a run for its money in grotesque-ness. It was simply a smorgasbord of gore and the first time in podcast history that Ket is the one who can’t quite say a word.
