At Least Someone (John David Washington) Wants Christopher Nolan’s TENET 2
Christopher Nolan’s Tenet opened into theaters recently. And word has not been good. That said, it looks like (at least) star John David Washington wants Tenet 2.
Washington tells Esquire: “In my mind, that’s a yes! We will be doing this again, we’ll see you in a couple of years. In reality, I don’t know. Chris does what he wants. Maybe he has something that he’s developed for years that he wants to do next, maybe he’s been inspired by something else he sees and wants to do that, I don’t know. I hope we get to do it again, I hope we get to explore more because I think we found something really unique.”
Written, directed, and produced by Christopher Nolan with Emma Thomas, the time-traveling James Bond movie stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Michael Caine, and Kenneth Branagh and follows a secret agent who manipulates the flow of time to prevent World War III.
Rated PG-13 for brief strong language, action, intense sequences of violence, and some suggestive references, it sports a 73% on Rotten Tomatoes with this Critics Consensus: A visually dazzling puzzle for film lovers to unlock, Tenet serves up all the cerebral spectacle audiences expect from a Christopher Nolan production.
