Exclusive First Look: Cabin-in-the-Woods Horror FREAK Featuring Debbie Rochon

Today, Dread Central is thrilled to share an exclusive, early “First Look” at Freak, the feature debut of Bianca Crespo, produced by and featuring an appearance of Debbie Rochon (Model Hunger, Exhumed).

Synopsis:
Following a harrowing incident in LA, writer Ava retreats to a remote cabin in the woods of Bucks County to escape, but the longer she stays, the more she realizes that her nightmare has only just begun.

In addition to Rochon, Freak is produced by Santa Mira studios and Jodi Draigie (who also makes an appearance in the film). All Practical SFX are created by Victoria Jenkins of the Tom Savini Special Makeup Effects Program.

Freak was filmed at Santa Mira’s official headquarters in Philadelphia — a haunted warehouse dating back well before the 1900s. Many members of the cast and crew experienced paranormal phenomena while filming. This may be due to the fact that the studio sits upon the remains of Franklin Cemetery, which was established in the 19th century.

We’ll keep you posted on the film’s release as details emerge, so stay tuned and check back often!
