Blumhouse’s THE CRAFT 3 in the Works?
Blumhouse’s The Craft reboot The Craft: Legacy recently hit on-demand. And today, director Zoe Lister-Jones teases it might not be the final film in the franchise.
She tells Bloody Disgusting: “We don’t know [if we’ll get to make another]. That’s really for the people to decide. I do [have ideas]. And I always had imagined… I sort of wrote this film with a third in mind. But yeah. We’ll see how this one goes. I think it would be such a dream for all of us to work together again. It truly was a magical experience. And I think really transformative for all of us. So it would be incredible to reunite and get in there again with all of these incredible women.”
Rated PG-13 rating for thematic elements, crude and sexual content, language, and brief drug material, Blumhouse’s continuation, centers on four aspiring teenage witches get more than they bargained for as they lean into their newfound powers.
Produced by Jason Blum, Lucy Fisher, and Douglas Wick, it’s executive produce by Andrew Fleming, Lucas Wiesendanger, Daniel Bekerman, Beatriz Sequeira, Jeanette Volturno, Couper Samuelson, Natalia Anderson, and Lister-Jones.
The Craft: Legacy is now available On Demand.
