Executive Producer Roland Emmerich’s Sci-fi Thriller TIDES Finds Distributor
Saban Films has picked up North American rights to Constantin Films and director Tim Fehlbaum’s sci-fi thriller Tides from executive producer Roland Emmerich.
Set in the near future, it follows a female astronaut, shipwrecked on the long-decimated Earth, who must decide the fate of the wasteland’s remaining populace.
It stars Nora Arnezeder, Iain Glen, Sarah-Sofie Boussnina, and Joel Basman.
Thomas Wöbke, Philipp Trauer, Ruth Waldburger, and Constanze Guttmann produced. Martin Moszkowicz, Christoph Müller executive produced with Emmerich (Universal Soldier, Stargate, Independence Day, Godzilla).
