Last month we got the first word on ESP Guitars’ limited edition LTD “Bela Lugosi’s Tales from the Grave” guitar, and now that the instrument has made its world premiere at the 2012 San Diego Comic-Con, we have a better look at it courtesy of the folks at Monsterverse.

Below you’ll see the sexy Nosferina holding the guitar in front of the Monsterverse booth at SDCC. The second photo is of ESP marketing and sales representative Jeff Moore with Monsterverse’s Sam F. Park.

Based upon the international horror film icon Bela Lugosi, this ESP guitar has already generated huge interest among rock musicians, horror fans, and the worldwide media. It features Dracula-themed inlays and is designed for high-performance playing with an alder body, maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, EMG 81 active pickups, and 24 XJ frets. It comes in a limited edition killer coffin case, and there will be only 325 made worldwide.

The Lugosi guitar will be signed by both Bela Lugosi, Jr., and the artwork designer Kerry Gammill, publisher of Monsterverse Entertainment. The release date is set for October, just in time for Lugosi and rock monsters to celebrate Halloween. For more info visit ESP Guitars and the official Monsterverse website.
