M. Night Shyamalan Wraps Shooting on His New Nightmare OLD

Writer-director M. Night Shyamalan just confirmed that his new nightmare Old with Gael Garcia Bernal, Alex Wolff, Abbey Lee, and Rufus Sewell has wrapped shooting.

He tweets: “Wrapped production on OLD. It was an incredible experience. Beyond grateful to the people of the Dominican Republic who were so caring & welcoming. It is one of the most beautiful countries filled with the sweetest people. Thinking of you as I head back to Philly.”

Old begins when a group of people find a dead body on a beach and slowly realize there is something unnatural happening on that beach. Moo-Haha.

The cast also includes Eliza Scanlen, Thomasin McKenzie, Aaron Pierre, Vicky Krieps, Nikki Amuka-Bird, Ken Leung, Embeth Davidtz, and Emun Elliott.

Shyamalan produces with Ashwin Rajan and Marc Bienstock. Steven Schneider serves as an executive producer. Universal will unleash Old on July 23, 2021.
