Revolution Update: Jeff Fahey to Guest Star; Billy Burke Introduces Miles Matheson in Another Character Profile

The already hefty (and high-powered) cast for NBC’s “Revolution” has just grown by one with the news that Jeff Fahey (“Lost,” Machete, Sushi Girl) has signed on as a guest star.
According to TVLine, Fahey will appear in an early episode as a character named Hutch. No other details are known about the part so far.
In other “Revolution” news, NBC has released another character profile, this time featuring Billy Burke’s introduction of Miles Matheson, the flinty freedom-fighting character he plays on the show.
Synopsis:
Our entire way of life depends on electricity. So what would happen if it just stopped working? Well, one day, like a switch turned off, the world is suddenly thrust back into the dark ages. Planes fall from the sky, hospitals shut down, and communication is impossible. And without any modern technology, who can tell us why? Now, 15 years later, life is back to what it once was long before the industrial revolution: families living in quiet cul-de-sacs, and when the sun goes down, lanterns and candles are lit. Kripke, Abrams, Favreau, and Bryan Burk (“Lost,” Star Trek) serve as executive producers. “Revolution” is produced by Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Bad Robot Productions, Kripke Enterprises, and Warner Bros. Television. The pilot was directed by Favreau.
