Trailer: Tense Heist Horror Movie HIDEOUT Looking to Release This Summer
Look for the terrifying heist horror movie Hideout, written and directed by Kris Roselli, this Summer from Gibby Pictures. Give the tense trailer a spin and read more about the film below.
Synopsis:
Evading the police after fumbling a heist, four robbers escape to a remote house lived in by a seemingly normal family. Strange things happen and as the fabric of their situation unravels they discover the family is not who they appear to be.
“Without giving too much away, this home invasion thriller pulls a few fun twists on the traditional home invasion horror film,” Roselli tells us. “The gripping performances of the characters mixed with riveting scenes will be a treat for audiences looking to sink their teeth into something creepy, exciting, and intense. Hideout is very much about the mystery of what is going to happen next and I always make a point to keep the audience on their toes.
“Along with the normal obstacles and challenges of making a film, Hideout began filming at the end of August in the midst of the raging pandemic in New Jersey; which was a whole new set of challenges. Executive Producer Mark Baum completely supported COVID concerns and the safety of the cast and crew, which allowed the production to engage the Anastasi Group to oversee set safety and administer on-set testing. The entire cast and crew took this all very seriously. With this planning it allowed everyone to have peace of mind during the production.”
Hideout stars Katie Lyons, Bryan Enright, Audrey Kovar, Chris Wolfe, and Janice LaFlam. The film is executive produced by Mark A Baum; Tierney Boorboor, Kris Roselli, and Mark Mattson are producers.
