New SASQUATCH Series Coming to Hulu From The Duplass Brothers
Baghead and The Puffy Chair filmmakers Mark and Jay Duplass are teaming with Hulu for a new documentary series Sasquatch. It will investigate rumors of a bizarre twenty-five-year-old triple homicide said to be the work of the creature.
The new three-part series will hit Hulu this spring.
Director Joshua Rofé (Lorena) will helm the series. He will also executive produce along with Mark Duplass, Jay Duplass, Mel Eslyn, Steven Berger, David Holthouse, and Zach Cregger. M. Elizabeth Hughes (Much Ado About Nothing) produces.
My personal favorite bigfoot flick is director Bobcat Goldthwait’s Willow Creek. Alexie Gilmore and Bryce Johnson star as a couple who go into the woods of Willow Creek, California looking for material for their documentary on Bigfoot lore.

The film sports a 79% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes. The Critics Consensus reads: Writer-director Bobcat Goldthwait’s first foray into horror doesn’t break any new ground, but it does wring fresh terror from a well-worn genre formula — and offers a few nasty laughs in the bargain.
Once again, the new three-part Sasquatch series will hit Hulu this spring.
