The merch slingers at Rotten Cotton have teamed up with gore purveyors Grindhouse Releasing on an enamel pin depicting the iconic impalement from Cannibal Holocaust. You know what I’m talking about, horror fans… “THAT” scene!

Upon the film’s release in 1980, Italian courts sought to convict Cannibal Holocaust director Ruggero Deodato for murder, believing the footage to be real–an actual snuff film!

In court, Ruggero explained that the”impaled” girl “sat on a bicycle seat attached to the pole’s base, while holding a small pointed piece of balsa wood in her mouth. Fake blood was added afterward. He commented that the girl was unusually calm, and remained very still during filming.” (source)
