Michelle Pfeiffer Ready to Return as CATWOMAN in New Movie

IT director Andy Muschietti is directing the new The Flash featuring Michael Keaton’s Batman and maybe Danny DeVito’s Penguin. And today Michelle Pfeiffer says she’s ready to return as Catwoman – if someone would ask her.

She tells ScreenRant: “I would if anyone asked me but no one’s asked me yet.”

Someone ask her already! We’ll make sure to keep on top of this flick as it develops and pass along updates as soon as we hear them. Stay tuned.

Muschietti’s The Flash takes inspiration from The Flashpoint Paradox. It sees the DC hero travel back in time, fuck shit up, and then emerge back into a universe where all-out war has destroyed the planet. Ben Affleck’s Batman also set to feature. The Flash is will begin production this year and hits on November 4, 2022.

Batman Returns centers on Devito’s monstrous Penguin joining forces with wicked businessman Max Shreck (Walken) to kill the Batman (Keaton). But when Shreck’s timid assistant, Selina Kyle (Pfeiffer), finds out, and Shreck tries to kill her, she is transformed into the Catwoman. She teams up with the Penguin and Shreck to destroy Batman, but sparks fly when she confronts the caped crusader.

Christopher Walken co-stars along with Michael Gough, Pat Hingle, Michael Murphy, Vincent Schiavelli, Andrew Bryniarski, Paul Reubens, and Diane Salinger.

The film sports an 80% on Rotten Tomatoes. The Critics Consensus reads: Director Tim Burton’s dark, brooding atmosphere, Michael Keaton’s work as the tormented hero, and the flawless casting of Danny DeVito as The Penguin and Christopher Walken as, well, Christopher Walken make the sequel better than the first.
