80s Slasher EYES OF A STRANGER Hits Scream Factory Blu-ray in May
Scream Factory will release Eyes of a Stranger on Blu-ray on May 18th. Scream Factory has confirmed that a new high-definition transfer is in the works. They will announce extras at a later date. Check out the killer new cover art below.
A lovely blind and deaf teen reaches for a plate she just put on the counter. It’s gone. She reaches again … and it’s back in its original place. Someone is playing a cruel game with her. That someone is the serial killer terrorizing Miami.

Ken Wiederhorn (Return of the Living Dead II) directs from a script by Ron Kurz (Friday the 13th Part 2). Lauren Tewes stars along with John DiSanti, Peter DuPre, and Jennifer Jason Leigh (The Hitcher, The Hateful Eight) in her film debut.
Tom Savini (Dawn of the Dead, Friday the 13th) created the special effects.
The film centers around a serial killer in Miami who stalks his victims and then calls them repeatedly before raping and killing them. The movie opens with a body discovered underwater. After the introduction of the dead body, the film begins to follow the murderer stalking a blonde woman on her way home. The murderer begins calling the woman which leads to her calling the police. Before the police arrive, both she and her boyfriend are murdered. Jane, a TV news anchor, begins to suspect her neighbor of committing the series of murders she’s been covering. As Jane searches for evidence to share with the police, she inadvertently alerts the murderer and must fight for her life and the life of her disabled sister, Tracy.
Scream Factory will release Eyes of a Stranger on Blu-ray on May 18th.
