Danny Elfman is Scoring “Fantasy Action Sci-fi Movie” Called 65 from the Writers of A QUIET PLACE
A couple of weeks ago, we reported that Danny Elfman is scoring the soundtrack for Sam Raimi’s Doctor Strange 2 aka Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Elfman confirmed as much in his recent interview with Inverse:
“I am starting to do bits of pre-work for Doctor Strange 2 that Sam Raimi’s directing. Even though I don’t start it for some months, there’s bits of recorded music they need for the sets.”

But the Doctor Strange soundtrack isn’t the only project Elfman’s got brewing:
“I believe I could announce I’m scoring this fantasy action sci-fi movie called 65. It’s a pretty wild piece of imagination.”

According to IMDB, 65 will be written and directed by A Quiet Place scribes Scott Beck and Bryan Woods; Adam Driver, Ariana Greenblatt, and Chloe Coleman will lead the cast and Sam Raimi is a producer. Nothing more is known about the project at this time, so it’s all very exciting.
