New CREEPSHOW Kid Horror Novel Coming April 6th

Scholastic will publish Creepshow: The Cursed in paperback and e-book on April 6th. It’s the second book in the show’s new line of kid-friendly horror novels.

Elley Cooper (Five Nights at Freddy’s: Fazbear Frights) penned the 224-page book. It collects two all-new tales of terror – for kids! Here are the synopses:

A girl’s fantasy of living in an earlier era becomes all too real after she buys a piece of antique jewelry… Then In the woods, a pair of teens encounter a green glowing figure whose desires are as mysterious as its origins…

The brand-new collection inspired by Shudder’s anthology series. Which is based on the horror-comedy classic. It includes comic book art at the start of each story.

The second season of Shudder’s horror anthology series premieres on the streaming service beginning April 1st. Shudder also announced Creepshow has been renewed for a third season of six episodes, set to premiere later this year.
