The Prince of Darkness stalks the streets of London once again in a chilling new adaptation of the most famous horror story of all time. Opening this Wednesday, October 10th, at The Leicester Square Theatre in the bloody heart of Central London, the play stars “Primeval” heartthrob Andrew Lee Potts and stunning horror film actress Charlie Bond (pictured below).
For Charlie Bond, 26, who starred opposite horror icon Robert Englund in shlockbuster Strippers vs. Werewolves, playing Lucy in the show is a dream come true – the self-confessed vampire movie fanatic recently fronted an anti-piracy for films poster campaign in which she promoted the 1958 Christopher Lee Dracula as her favourite movie. Before becoming an actress, Charlie had her own freakshow magic cabaret act in which she swallowed razor blades, stuck a knitting needle through her neck and even hammered a nail up her nose.
This visually stunning and faithful adaptation of Bram Stoker’s classic chiller is directed by the award-winning Adam Morley and produced by the Scifan Corporation and AlleyKat and presented as part of the 13th Hour Horror Festival, which also includes screenings of classic films such as Psycho and Shaun of the Dead during its two-week run.
