Supernatural Season 8This season’s Jensen Ackles-directed episode of “Supernatural” airs next week, and The CW has released a preview of and a clip from the ep, entitled “Heartache.” Check ’em both out right here!

Episode 8.03 – “Heartache” (airs 10/17/12, 9-10 pm)
JENSEN ACKLES DIRECTS — Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) investigate a string of unusual murders where the victims were all recipients of organs from the same donor. The killer is captured, but things become even more complicated when the brothers find their killer in a trance mumbling an ancient prayer. Jensen Ackles directed the episode written by Brad Buckner and Eugenie Ross-Leming.

“Supernatural” is from Warner Bros. Television in association with Wonderland Sound and Vision, with executive producers McG (Charlie’s Angels, “The O.C.”), Robert Singer (“Midnight Caller”), Jeremy Carver (“Being Human”), and Phil Sgriccia.
