New Chris Pratt Movie THE TOMORROW WAR Rated PG-13 For Intense Sci-Fi Violence and More
The new Chris Pratt vs Aliens flick The Tomorrow War will start streaming on Amazon on July 2nd. And today we hear the movie is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of sci-fi violence and action, language, and some suggestive references.

The film features time travelers returning to the present day to tell us that in the future they’re losing a war against deadly aliens. The time travelers recruit soldiers and civilians from the present to be transported to the future to join the fight.
Pratt plays a high school teacher and family man (and probably ex-high school star quarterback) determined to save the world for his young daughter.

He teams up with a brilliant scientist (Yvonne Strahovski from Dexter, He’s Out There, The Predator, The Handmaid’s Tale) and also his estranged father (J.K. Simmons from every movie of the past 15 years).
Betty Gilpin (Get Out) also stars with Keith Powers, Sam Richardson, and Edwin Hodge. Chris McKay (The LEGO Batman Movie) directs the sci-fi action film which was originally set to hit theaters on July 23rd. But then. Boom. COVID.
Zach Dean and Bill Dubuque penned the script. David S. Goyer produces along with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, Adam Kolbrenner, and also Jules Daly.
Rob Cowan, Pratt, Brian Oliver, and also Bradley J. Fischer executive produced.
Paramount sold The Tomorrow War to Amazon Studios for – Jesus Christ – $200M! I guess we’ll see if it was worth it when the movie hits Amazon on July 2nd.
