Universal Snags New Mike Flanagan Flick THE SEASON OF PASSAGE
Mike Flanagan is currently turning author Christopher Pike’s young adult horror novel The Midnight Club into a Netflix original series. And it looks like Flanagan isn’t done with Pike yet. Today, Universal snagged the rights to Flanagan’s upcoming adaptation of Pike’s novel The Season of Passage.

Plot details for the new Mike Flanagan flick are under wraps but we hear it’s a sci-fi flick set on Mars. But really, why keep the plot a secret? We already have the book.
Which follows this synopsis:

Mike Flanagan (The Haunting of Hill House and The Haunting of Bly Manor) will direct from a screenplay he co-wrote with James Flanagan.
Mike Flanagan will also produce along with Trevor Macy. Pike will serve as executive producer with Melinda Nishioka. Ryan Jones and Christine Sun will oversee for Universal.
