Casting Firms Up for Feature Version of The Graveyard Feeder

Just days after we showed you the teaser trailer for Rich Robinson’s The Graveyard Feeder short film, the director has sent over some casting news for the feature-length version of the flick that’s in the works. Read on for the details!
Angela Bettis (The Woman, May, “Dexter”) and Bill Oberst, Jr. (Take This Lollipop, Children of Sorrow), are attached to the feature adaptation of The Graveyard Feeder. They will star alongside Sean Bridgers, the lead in the short (The Woman, “Deadwood”).

Robinson co-wrote the film, which stars Bridgers and Tom Barker, with Aaron Beck and Jeff Stepp. For more info “like” the official Facebook page for The Graveyard Feeder.

Synopsis
Groundskeeper Burke Sawyer (Sean Bridgers) rushes to save his deceased father’s soul from a menacing underground creature that is feeding on the corpses of Juniper Falls Cemetery in the 12-minute short film entitled The Graveyard Feeder. It was shot over the course of three days in Snow Camp, NC.
In addition to co-writing and directing the film, Rich Robinson co-produced the project with Jeff Stepp, who also served as director of photography. Starr Jones (Lincoln, “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” The Toolbox Murders) did the F/X and production design while Josh Chase (Take Shelter, ABC’s “The Middle”) did the sound design. Mick Hitz of the Big Wheel Production Group was the executive producer, and the rockabilly group The Bloody Jug Band contributed music for the soundtrack.
