POST MORTEM WITH MICK GARRIS Is Now Part of DREAD Podcast Network!
Over the past six months, The DREAD Podcast Network has snagged some of the top voices in horror. Like The Boulet Brothers: Creatures of the Night and Kim and Ket Stay Alive…Maybe. Get Ready. Post Mortem with Mick Garris, the #1 horror podcast, has also joined the DREAD Podcast Network!

Garris is a legend from horror’s heydays. He directed films like Sleepwalkers, Critters 2, The Stand miniseries (1994), and also many others. Through Post Mortem and other endeavors, he’s remained an important and relevant force in 21st Century horror.

Post Mortem with Mick Garris officially enters the DREAD Podcast Network with their 100th episode on April 28th. But this is more than a minor milestone. It will also sport Clive Barker, making it a truly historic broadcast! Barker’s The Hellbound Heart, launched one of the most compelling and enduring franchises in horror: Hellraiser!

On May 12th, Garris will also welcome Frank Darabont to Post Mortem. Darabont has adapted three Stephen King works to film (The Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, and The Mist). He also helped launch AMC’s hit series The Walking Dead.
Other guests will also be announced as they are confirmed.
“I started interviewing people who fascinated me in high school. I began as a music journalist, interviewing everyone from Hendrix to Joplin and then some,” Garris explains. “I’ve always had curiosity, and it has never waned. We are now in our fifth season of Post Mortem. And I continue to learn something from every single intimate conversation we have on the show. From King to Cronenberg to Zombie. And it’s exciting to blast off from our new home at Dread Central. Where passion for our genre runs deep in the blood!”

Post Mortem with Mick Garris originally launched in February 2017. Now in its fifth season, Post Mortem features 99 one-on-one, filmmaker-to-filmmaker conversations. Not to mention Rob Zombie, Mike Dougherty, Robert Englund, and also John Carpenter.
