Basically he’s horror’s biggest badass.
Mears is also known for Cursed, The Hills Have Eyes, Pro-Life, The Hills Have Eyes 2, and Resident Evil: Degeneration. Also Predators, The Aggression Scale, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, Hatchet III, Dead Snow: Red vs. Dead, and Freaks of Nature.
And let’s not forget, on top of that, Mears has also appeared in classic shows. Such as The Shield, Sleepy Hollow, Twin Peaks, and of course Kickpuncher in Community.
Friday the 13th (2009) begins when Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) scours the eerie woods surrounding Crystal Lake for his missing sister. But the rotting cabins of an abandoned summer camp are not the only things he finds. Hockey-masked killer Jason Voorhees lies in wait for a chance to use his razor-sharp machete on Clay.
It’s rated R for strong bloody violence, some graphic sexual content, and drug material. It sports a 26% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes. The Critics Consensus: Though technically well-constructed, Friday the 13th is a series rehash that features little to distinguish it from its predecessors.
