If flesh-eating shamblers were to reside anywhere on the planet, it would be in a place called Wyrmwood. It just sounds so right, doesn’t it? Well, rest assured they are there in full force in this latest indie tale of blood, guts, and headshots.

From writer-director Kiah Roache-Turner comes Wyrmwood, which is being billed as a “no-holds-barred, retina-blistering Aussie post-apocalyptic zombie film.”

Jay Gallagher, Yure Covich, Catherine Terracinin, Luke McKenzie, Keith Agius, Jack Henry, Warwick Comber, Leon Burchill, Bianca Bradey, Cain Thompson, and Sam Haf all star. Check out the first teaser eye candy below, and look for more on this one ASAP.

Synopsis
Barry (Gallagher) is a talented mechanic and family man whose life is torn apart on the eve of a zombie apocalypse. On the road he teams up with Chalker, a fellow survivor, and together they must arm themselves and prepare to battle their way through hordes of flesh-eating monsters in a harsh Australian bushland.
