Will Tracy and Seth Reiss penned the darkly comedic psychological thriller is set in the world of eccentric culinary culture.
Synopsis:
A young couple visits an exclusive restaurant on a remote island where an acclaimed chef has prepared a lavish tasting menu.
Taylor-Joy will play one half of the couple. Fiennes is playing the chef.
Mark Mylod (HBO’s Succession) will direct. Adam McKay will produce along with Betsy Koch. Searchlight’s SVP Production DanTram Nguyen and director of production Zahra Phillips will oversee for the studio.
This sounds like it could be fun. If for no other reason than the current killer cast. From looking over the synopsis, it looks like there is at least one more big role to fill – that of Anya Taylor-Joy’s significant other. Let’s hope they keep up the killer casting and snag someone worthy of the part, am I right?
And while we’re here, I mean we’re all, like, 99% sure the titular menu in question is, you know, people, right? We all agree with that, right? It’s total people.
Will you check out this Menu with Anya Taylor-Joy?
