To commemorate the occasion, our friends over at IGN just held a killer Q&A with the cast and crew of Ghostbusters: Afterlife, a new sequel that is finally all set to arrive in a theater near you on November 11th, 2021. Luckily, they live-tweeted the whole event, so we have lots of great stuff to share with all of you guys: This includes all-new images, some character bios, and much more. Synopsis:
When a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
Directed by Jason Reitman (Thank You For Smoking, Up In The Air) from a script he co-wrote with Gil Kenan (Monster House, Poltergeist), Ghostbusters: Afterlife stars Carrie Coon (Gone Girl), Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things), Mckenna Grace (Annabelle Comes Home), and Paul Rudd (Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers). We’ve also been told to expect cameos from original cast members Bill Murray (Caddyshack), Dan Aykroyd (Nothing But Trouble), Ernie Hudson (Congo), Sigourney Weaver (Alien), and Annie Potts (Pretty in Pink).
