The first TV spot for the upcoming Halle Berry vehicle The Call (formerly The Hive) has arrived, and we can’t help but wonder whatever happened to the service known as Caller ID? We’re sure it will come into play somehow, right?

The Call stars Halle Berry, Michael Eklund, Justina Machado, Abigail Breslin, Tara Platt, Evie Thompson, David Otunga, Michael Imperioli, Morris Chestnut, and Michael Linstroth. WWE co-finances and produces alongside Troika Pictures. Brad Anderson directs; Rich D’Ovidio wrote the script, which is based on an original story by Nicole D’Ovidio, Jon Bokencamp, and the scribe.

Synopsis
When veteran 911 operator Jordan (Halle Berry) takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) who has just been abducted, she realizes that she must confront a killer from her past in order to save the girl’s life.

Look for it on March 15th, and keep your eyes on the official The Call website for updates.
