Debuting this October, USA and SYFY’s upcoming Chucky series, from UCP, a division of Universal Studio Group, will be helmed by Child’s Play creator Don Mancini and feature several returning cast members, including Jennifer Tilly and Brad Dourif (the original voice of Chucky). Set in a small American town that finds itself plunged into utter chaos when a Chucky doll shows up at a local yard sale, the series is another chapter in the iconic Child’s Play franchise.
“Giving Creators on Tongal the opportunity to be part of the first-ever Chucky TV Series guarantees a killer celebration of Chucky’s legacy,” said James DeJulio, Tongal co-founder and CEO. “I’m excited to see how the next generation of artists and designers on Tongal will inspire the next generation of Chucky fans. I wish I could take a stab at it myself!”
Chucky debuts on October 12, 2021, on USA and SYFY!
