Dread Central Hits The Red Carpet For ‘The Retaliators’ At SCREAMFEST 2021 Opening Night [Video]
The 21st Annual Screamfest Horror Film Festival kicked off on October 12th at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, CA with the North American premiere of the feature horror-thriller The Retaliators. Sean Decker of Dread Central was there to cover the launch. Read on for exclusive video capturing the event. Decker was able to speak with The Retaliators co-director Samuel Gonzalez. Jr., producer and star Michael Lombardi. He also spoke with co-star Sarah Nicklin, musicians and co-stars Ivan Moody, Zoltan Bathory and Andy James (of the band Five Finger Death Punch) and Motley Crue’s Nikki Sixx, who contributed music to the film’s soundtrack.
The Retaliators revolves around an upstanding pastor (Lombardi) who uncovers a dark and twisted underworld as he searches for answers surrounding his daughter’s brutal murder. The Geare Brothers wrote the film, and Gonzalez, Jr. and Bridget Smith co-directed.
