More Amityville-themed goodness is on its way from The Scream Factory in the form of a Blu-ray trilogy that will have you screaming, “For god’s sake, COME OUT!” See what I did there? See?

We teased the following weeks ago but now we will confirm it: THE AMITYVILLE HORROR TRILOGY (consisting of the ’79 original, the ’82 prequel and the ’83 3D entry) will be making its way from us in a Blu-ray collection set before Halloween. That’s a lot of bleeding walls, flies, demons, possessed family members in HD! More specifics (extras, street date, etc.) to emerge in the Summer.
Oh the sweet visions we can conjure in our heads pertaining to watching Diane Franklin engage in filthy incest and seeing the enigma that is Tony Roberts’ Caucasian afro in full 1080p! It’s what Blu-ray was made for! Bless you Scream Factory!
Good news indeed for fans, but I wouldn’t be surprised if someone even puts out the rest of them all on one Blu-ray. There were only, what, nineteen more?
