Rob Zombie Spoofs ‘The Exorcist’ and ‘The Wicker Man’ In Wild New Music Video [Watch]
Rob Zombie’s latest album The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy dropped last year, but now we’ve been gifted another music video off of the record. “Shake Your Ass-Smoke Your Grass” was unleashed upon fans recently, and it’s one hell of a trip.
What makes this foray into the adult animated music video sphere different from Zombie’s previous efforts? This time he goes off on three mega horror movie classics. The video sees Zombie spoofing The Exorcist, Scanners and even The Wicker Man. No horror film is safe from the Zombie crew.
“Shake Your Ass-Smoke Your Grass” features the likeness of Rob Zombie taking over the role of Regan, puking up all over a priest and looking mighty pleased with himself. We should add this video isn’t exactly safe to view in front of co-workers or the kids.
Subsequently, The Lunar Injection Kool Aid Eclipse Conspiracy saw release in March of 2021 and marked the seventh full-length studio album release by Rob Zombie. The album was received well by fans and critics and even reached the Number 1 spot on the Billboard Top Album Sales Chart. “Shake Your Ass-Smoke Your Grass” is the fourth single released via the record.
