Viewers Admit Being “Loud and Wrong” About the Number One Thriller On Netflix

A 2020 thriller just hit Netflix and immediately shook up the charts. Fans of the streamer even admit to being totally off base about who to root for in the thriller and ultimately having no idea who to trust. That’s a pretty good sign for a mystery if you ask me.

The sleeper hit Inheritance came out of nowhere and claimed the number 2 spot in the Global Top 10 List. It has a lot of familiar faces and seems to be the kind of twisty-turny ride we’re looking for.

In the film, the patriarch of a wealthy and powerful family suddenly passes away, leaving his daughter with a shocking secret inheritance that threatens to unravel and destroy the family.

Inheritance is directed by Vaughn Stein. The movie was written by Matthew Kennedy and it stars Lily Collins, Simon Pegg, Connie Nielse, Chace Crawford, Patrick Warburton, Michael Beach, and Marque Richardson.

So far, everyone who has watched the film has taken to Twitter to report that it’s a damn good time. Some fans have even noted their surprise that Emily isn’t in Paris anymore as they realize what other Netflix property they’ve seen Lily Collins in.

We love to see a movie come out of nowhere and go right to being the number one horror movie on the Netflix charts. We also love seeing these familiar faces do something a little darker than they usually do.
