Mysterious New Netflix Series Is Being Described As “Fantastic” And “Too Wild”

A new Spanish psychological thriller hit Netflix last week and people are obsessed. Like most of the celebrated series on the streamer, it came out of nowhere with little advertising. However, Muted (also known as El silencio) has been discovered by viewers like you anyway.

Synopsis

“Sergio Ciscar is released from prison 6 years after having killed his parents when he was still underage. During that time, Sergio hasn’t said a word nor has collaborated with the justice system, so the motivations for the crime and the intentions he has by now are a mystery. Ana Dussel, a young psychiatrist, and her team are in charge of determining his potential danger to society by secretly watching him day and night as if he was an animal.“

Muted was created by Aitor Gabilondo. It stars Arón Piper, Almudena Amor, Cristina Kovani, Aitor Luna, and Aria Bedmar. All 6 episodes landed on Netflix on May 19th. 

Many viewers are flipping for this Netflix series. However, most are trying to get answers to an important question that was dropped (or maybe pushed or jumped) in the finale.
