Gory New Slasher From the Sick Minds Behind ‘Terrifier 2’ Drops Teaser Trailer [Video]

As we all anxiously await the (re)arrival of Art the Clown in Terrifier 3, the producers of the hit, record-smashing sequel, Terrifier 2, have an all-new slasher launching next year. Stream, directed by Michael Leavy (Abnormal Attraction) with special FX makeup by Terrifier’s Damien Leone, is set to release sometime next year. Check out the synopsis below:

When Roy and Elaine Keenan realize their family is drifting apart, they decide that something needs to be done. Roy forces his work to take a back seat and they seize the opportunity to recreate a vacation from their past. A peaceful stay in a quaint hotel is just what they need, however, that is not what is in store for them. With four deranged murderers patrolling the seemingly mundane halls, the odds are definitely not in the Keenan family’s favor. Roy must fight for his life and his family’s as their simple weekend getaway turns into a vacation to die for!

Stream stars a surfeit of familiar horror faces, including Jeffrey Combs (Re-Animator), Danielle Harris (the Halloween franchise), Dee Wallace (Cujo), Mark Holton (Leprechaun), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp), and Art the Clown himself, David Howard Thornton. Presently, Stream is set to release in 2024 right before the release of Terrifier 3.

Earlier this year, we learned that Terrifier 3 will have a much bigger budget than the first two films, the intent being to “give the filmmakers more creative freedom and let them be as wild as they can be.” The first trailer for the sequel is set to premiere alongside a theatrical re-release of Terrifier 2 this Halloween.
