Fans Are Comparing This Paramount+ Hit Series to ‘Veronica Mars’ and ‘Buffy the Vampire Slayer’
The #1 horror series on Paramount+ this week has a lot of spirit. It’s also striking a chord with people who love genre shows centered on teens with supernatural problems. School Spirits was created by Megan Trinrud & Nate Trinrud. The cast includes Peyton List, Kristian Ventura, Milo Manheim, Spencer Macpherson, and Kiara Pichardo.

Many fans are comparing it to other high school horror shows of yesteryear. Shows like Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Veronica Mars, and Ghosts. It also weirdly enough reminding people of The Breakfast Club.

School Spirits debuted on March 9th, and all 8 episodes are haunting Paramount+. The series was renewed for a second season. So, fans shocked by the finale’s twist should hopefully get some answers sooner rather than later.
