Universal Moving into The Loft In About a YearIt’s been about a year since last we talked about The Loft. Honestly, we all but forgot about the flick, but Universal sent us a bit of a reminder today in the form of a release date. Look for Erik Van Looy’s film to hit theaters on Friday, August 29, 2014.

The Loft is an English-language remake of Van Looy’s own 2008 Belgian film. The edgy indie follows five married friends who share a loft where each brings his mistress. When the dead body of an unknown woman is found there, they begin to suspect one another of murder.

Wentworth Miller, James Marsden, Karl Urban, Eric Stonestreet and Matthias Schoenaerts star alongside Rhona Mitra, Isabel Lucas, Rachael Taylor, Margarita Levieva and Kristin Lehman.

Check out the some stills and the trailer below.
