Though all we’ve got to go on are words at the moment, we’re getting a serious Carrie vibe from the next film from writer/director Paul Hyett. And there’s nothing wrong with that!

Paul Hyett (Writer/Director of THE SEASONING HOUSE) is attached to direct chilling new horror film HERETIKS for Templeheart Films and EnMar Productions in association with Sterling Pictures.
Set during the 17th Century, a young woman is led to a religious commune to repent her sins but discovers a greater evil may lie within.
Casting to be announced soon. The movie will be produced by Marcia Do Vales & Michael Riley for delivery in 2014.
